a great movie

Got two free tickets to see the opening night movie at the Seattly International Film Festival (SIFF), "Me, You and Everyone Else." It was a great movie. Probably never see it in wide distribution because it isn't Hollywood enough. It kind of reminded me of a foreign movie: it doesn't end in a simple ending with all the loose ends tied up. There's no big name actor and no gratuitous sex or violence. But if you get a chance to see this movie you won't be disappointed.

On the poker front, I've taken a hiatus. I've been busy with a little 30 year gamble called home ownership. You think poker is a game of imperfect information, try deciding what to bid on a house in a multiple-bid situation.
