Extremely Old

I don't know if you eat at a lot of Chinese restaurants, but a lot of them will have a dish with an "XO" sauce. I think they got the term from Cognac, XO being the best grade. The irony is that "XO" means "extemely old" Good for cognac, but I don't think I want my food to have extremely old sauce. I guess it could be "hugs and kisses" sauce, but I don't want the cook being that friendly with my food either.
